Brands & franchise fleets

Every unit the same, in every market

Franchise systems need units that look, cook and pass inspection the same way across states and years. Most custom builders are small shops, and ten identical units stretch their queue for a season.

What we provide

For development and procurement leads at restaurant brands and franchise systems

  • One locked spec per format, with your brand colors and signage
  • Batch production and shared ocean freight for fleet orders
  • Plan-review packages adapted to each market
  • Second-source supply alongside your current builder
Questions

What buyers ask us

Can you match our existing units?

Send drawings or photos of what you run today. We match the service flow and the equipment list, then lock the result as a written spec so every later unit is built to it.

How do you handle different states?

Equipment is specified to national listings (NSF/ANSI, UL, NFPA). We adapt the plan-review drawings to each county’s checklist before the first unit arrives there.

What does a first order look like?

Usually one pilot unit. You see the real landed cost, lead time and inspection result before committing to a fleet.

Start small

Start with one pilot unit

  • Two-week design sprint around your menu
  • One unit built to the agreed spec
  • Plan-review package for your county
  • Delivered, commissioned and crew trained in Michigan

What you learn

  • The real landed cost per unit
  • The real lead time, step by step
  • Your inspection result
  • How the unit works for your crew
  • A clear go or no-go on a fleet order
