IronMile Mobile Solutions LLC (“IronMile”, “we”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you submit the enquiry form we receive what you enter: name, job title, organization, work email, phone, and details about your project.
• Analytics, only with consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, prepare quotes and keep a record of our conversation. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising cookies.

Who processes it

Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot). Analytics are processed by Google. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Each acts as our service provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and delete them on request unless we must keep them by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us at info@ironmilemobile.com. You can change your analytics choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Children

This site is for businesses and organizations and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
