Menu, volumes, towing, markets. You sign a one-page spec.
Weeks 0–2Design
Layout, exterior in your colors, equipment list, plan-review drawings.
Weeks 2–4Build
Factory build with a weekly video and a written pre-shipment inspection.
Weeks 4–11Ship & commission
Ocean freight, customs, US assembly, fire suppression and LP sign-off.
Weeks 11–18Deliver & serve
Handover in Michigan, crew training, parts and inspections for the life of the unit.

Typical timeline for a single unit. Lead times vary by model, 10–20 weeks from signed spec; fleet schedules are agreed per order.
Built transparently
Units are built by our specialist factory partner in Shandong, China, which has made mobile food units for more than 30 years and exports to over 90 countries. IronMile designs each unit, controls the spec, imports it, completes the US-side work and stands behind it.

What we complete in the US
- Fire suppression installed and tagged by an authorized US distributor
- LP system certified by a third party; DOT cylinders sourced in the US
- Rooftop A/C, generator and graphics where specified
- Final inspection and delivery to Novi, Michigan
After delivery
Warranty terms are included with every quote. Fleet customers can add a care plan that coordinates semi-annual suppression inspections, hood cleaning and parts.
