How we work

Five steps to a unit in service

  1. Brief & spec

Menu, volumes, towing, markets. You sign a one-page spec.

    Weeks 0–2
  2. Design

Layout, exterior in your colors, equipment list, plan-review drawings.

    Weeks 2–4
  3. Build

Factory build with a weekly video and a written pre-shipment inspection.

    Weeks 4–11
  4. Ship & commission

Ocean freight, customs, US assembly, fire suppression and LP sign-off.

    Weeks 11–18
  5. Deliver & serve

Handover in Michigan, crew training, parts and inspections for the life of the unit.

    Week 18 on

Typical timeline for a single unit. Lead times vary by model, 10–20 weeks from signed spec; fleet schedules are agreed per order.
